Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your DMLTN gear. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@demolitiontuna.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange subject to availability. Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer expense unless the item is defective.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.
