Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Italy via tracked international courier. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days for EU destinations and 7–14 business days worldwide.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain threshold — check the banner at the top of the site for current promotions.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Italian public holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
